Step 1: Submit your application

Each candidate needs to send the following documents:

  • Your CV
  • University diploma and grade transcripts
  • A cover letter
  • A recommendation letter (if possible)
Step 2: The interview process

The interview process is designed to mimic the real-world problems that our consultants are faced with daily.

Competency-based interviews: Competency-based interviews are designed to assess a candidate fit for the competencies required by the role.

Case study interviews: The case study interview is designed to identify your problem-solving abilities and provide you with an opportunity to identify solutions and present them to us.
